CI-2480-201 combines 118–137 MHz VHF communications and a 1575.42 MHz active GPS antenna in one radome. Separate BNC and TNC connectors serve COM and GPS, with built-in VHF harmonic suppression.
The GPS section is intended for compatible panel receivers requiring approximately 17 dB gain. It is not interchangeable with WAAS antennas or every Garmin navigator; the equipment installation manual controls eligibility.
