RAMI 19-1568-4B is the installation kit for the RAMI AV-10, AV-14 and AV-17 antennas with a 4-bolt mounting base. RAMI supplies these antennas with a weather-sealing gasket and mounting hardware, and the installation instructions for them describe a rubber pad between antenna base and skin, a back-up plate inside the aircraft and mounting screws whose countersunk washers bite through the paint to ground the antenna.
Which of these parts the kit contains is confirmed with the quote. Coaxial cable and the BNC connector are not part of the antenna hardware. Fit depends on the antenna model.
